Phantom Vision

Powerful new album from Portuguese Gothic band Phantom Vision - ''Calling The Fiends'' presents polished, crisp production alongside deep and dark lyrics and vocals. The music is a perfect blend of romantic guitar sorcery, abrasive, guttural bass tones and dark, apocalyptic neo wave synths. Influenced by such bands as Sisters of Mercy and The Fields of the Nephilim, Phantom Vision add their very special twist of Portuguese gloom to fabricate patterns of light and darkness to lure the listener into the abyss. Phantom Vision takes their inspiration from the 80's Goth sound that they modernize by giving it a sharp electronic edge. The high quality of the song writing and the production, along with singer Pedro Morcego's great voice and charisma make Phantom Visions one of the most promising European bands to emerge from the new Goth scene today.
"Traces of Solitude" is the second Album from Phantom Vision, one of the most talked about new dark gothic bands from Portugal. Phantom Vision take their inspiration from the 80's Goth sound which they modernize by giving it a sharp electronic edge. Their music is driven by the powerful emotional impact of the deeply felt lyrics combined with high quality song writing and production.
